About The Position
Assigns and supervises the work of custodians and performs custodial duties involving the cleaning and care of buildings. Supervises a small group of custodians. Ability to effectively supervise a small/large group of custodians. Promote teamwork, communicate effectively, assists with surveys and inventories, trains new employees, and reports unsafe conditions to prevent accidents.
Requirements
- Three years experience in building custodial and maintenance work.

- Detail vacuums all high traffic areas weekly.
- Spot vacuums all other areas.
- Vacuuming includes visible debris, crumbs or dry spills on furniture, and detail vacuuming all assigned areas weekly.
- Repositions furniture correctly.
- Turns out lights upon completion.
- Maintains equipment.
- Cleans elevators, stairs, and glass entrances.
- Collects trash.
- Details carpets and hard floors.
- Maintains first impression areas.
- Organizes tools and equipment.
