About The Position

Anza Management is seeking a full-time Custodian to perform basic custodial and janitorial maintenance that preserves the quality and value of an apartment community. The Custodian keeps the property clean and orderly and supports maintenance, landscaping, and management efforts to meet company standards and attract residents. Days and hours vary by property location, and weekend availability is needed. No experience is necessary. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States and will be subject to background, physical, and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

Sweep, mop, and lightly scrub building floors.
Gather and empty trash.
Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
Clean using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
Dust furniture and walls.
Monitor building security and safety, including locking doors as needed.
Notify managers when major repairs or additions to building operating systems are needed.
Request supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
