About The Position

Perfection Commercial Services is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Custodian to provide cleaning services at a partner facility in Coldwater, Michigan. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., for 40 hours per week, with weekly pay of $15 per hour. The work helps prepare the facility for employees, customers, vendors, and other visitors.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Perform repetitive daily movements that may include bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, and squatting.
• Be detail-oriented, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and have enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
• Be dependable; regular and reliable attendance is required.
• Take pride in a job well done.
• Demonstrate teamwork and diversity awareness.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, dust, mop, and vacuum.
• Clean restrooms.
• Remove trash.
• Perform routine custodial and janitorial cleaning tasks.
• Disinfect surfaces and clean frequently touched points.
