About The Position

Perfection Commercial Services is hiring a second-shift Custodian to provide custodial and janitorial services at a customer facility in Marshall, Michigan. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, for 40 hours per week, with weekly pay at $16 per hour. Steel-toed shoes are required.

The work includes routine facility cleaning and preparation for employees, customers, vendors, and other visitors. Candidates should be detail-oriented, dependable, enthusiastic, and team-minded, with a strong work ethic and pride in doing the job well. Regular, reliable attendance is a must.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Perform daily repetitive motions, which may include bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, and squatting.
• Have regular and reliable attendance.
• Be detail-oriented, enthusiastic, dependable, and have a strong work ethic.
• Demonstrate teamwork and diversity awareness.
• Wear steel-toed shoes.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, dust, mop, and vacuum.
• Clean restrooms.
• Remove trash.
• Perform routine custodial and janitorial cleaning tasks.
• Disinfect surfaces and clean touch points.
