About The Position

CYM Living LLC - Where caring meets innovation. We are a national real estate firm with corporate headquarters in Chicago, IL, Indianapolis, IN, and just outside of New York City. Our mission is to provide our residents with an exceptional living experience, nurture a culture of community, and empower growth from within. As a vertically integrated firm, we lead operations by taking a hands-on approach to real estate investment and property management. We accomplish our mission by incorporating data and technology with hyperlocal customer service to all units. About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to support the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our residential properties. The WOT Custodian is expected to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and respond to daily assignments with a sense of urgency. We are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean buildings while also being comfortable stepping in to prepare apartments for new residents when needed.
