About The Position

The Custodian maintains a clean and sanitary facility by removing trash and cleaning floors, restrooms, common areas, equipment, and fixtures. The role also helps maintain building exteriors, railings, and grounds; identifies and reports basic maintenance issues; and assists with simple fixes such as changing lightbulbs and filters. The Custodian follows safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

The successful candidate is flexible, collaborative, meticulous, organized, and able to complete tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and clean floors, restrooms, and common areas to maintain a clean and sanitary facility.
• Assist with upkeep of building exteriors, railings, and grounds.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and fixtures.
• Identify and report basic maintenance issues and assist with quick fixes, such as changing lightbulbs and filters.
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
