Requirements
- 1-3 years custodial/housekeeping experience.
- Experience with floor care (waxing, buffing, and stripping).
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.
- Must be able to provide proof of work authorization
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and skilled custodial services to maintain clean, safe, and sanitary facilities, including floor care, restroom sanitation, kitchen cleaning, dusting, trash removal, and window cleaning.
- Operate specialized cleaning equipment and perform advanced cleaning tasks such as pressure washing, buffing and waxing hard floors, and deep carpet cleaning.
- Work independently and collaboratively to complete daily cleaning assignments while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
- Inspect assigned areas and recommend improvements to cleaning processes, procedures, and overall facility maintenance.
