About The Position

Perform daily custodial duties including cleaning of offices, sweeping, vacuuming, and trash removal. Responsibilities also include cleaning carpets, mopping floors, cleaning windows and office furniture, and performing floor finishes such as stripping, waxing, and buffing hard floor surfaces. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school graduation or its equivalent; or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• At least one year of experience.
• Safe operations of custodial equipment.
• Safely operate equipment and use cleaning chemicals
• Use hand tools and other specialized equipment
• Understand and follow instructions
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Work effectively and cooperatively with co-workers

Responsibilities
