About The Position

Datrose is hiring a temporary Custodian to provide cleaning services across Monroe Community College (MCC). The custodian maintains the cleanliness of assigned locations, including living areas, offices, hallways, classrooms, restrooms, cafeterias, storage areas, entrances, and lobbies. Duties also include emptying garbage and recycling containers, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping various flooring. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to midnight, at $18.50 per hour. The position offers the potential to be hired as an MCC employee. Requirements

• One year of proven experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of assigned work locations, including living areas, offices, hallways, classrooms, restrooms, cafeterias, storage areas, entrances, and lobbies.
• Clean and wash bathroom facilities.
• Sweep, mop, and dust hard surfaces.
• Dust, polish, and clean furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Vacuum carpets and furniture.
• Empty trash and recycling containers.
• Maintain lavatory fixtures.
• Fill dispensers with soap and paper products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
