About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated self-starter who can multitask while paying attention to detail. The Custodian performs cleaning duties at facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures. The role includes cleaning common spaces such as kitchens, lobbies, and break rooms to ServiceMaster specifications, as well as maintaining cleaning supplies.

The listed schedules are Monday–Friday or Sundays, with shifts of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, 6:00 pm to 2:00 am, or 6:00 pm to 1:00 am. The posting lists pay rates of $20, $20, and $26, respectively.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to use and differentiate between chemicals.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility cleaning duties using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
• Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, and perform other cleaning duties.
• Clean common-space areas, including kitchens, lobbies, and break rooms, to ServiceMaster specifications.
• Maintain supplies, including clean towels, mops, and chemical refills.
