About The Position

GRBS is seeking a Custodian Supervisor for the Pontiac School District. This full-time position operates from 3pm to 11:30pm, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will be 18 years or older, possess leadership experience, a positive attitude, be a team player, customer service focused, dependable, self-motivated, hard-working, and have reliable transportation and valid auto insurance. Due to Michigan public school requirements, individuals with theft, violence, or drug-related backgrounds will not qualify. This role includes paid mileage reimbursement and travel time.

• Execute the clean building process
• Finish the job with GRBS tools
• Complete 360 communication
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable
• Lead with integrity and humility
• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned
