About The Position

Nascence Group, LLC is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Custodians/Janitors to perform custodial services at U.S. Army Reserve facilities in Oklahoma. The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment in accordance with federal contract requirements, Service Contract Labor Standards, and company quality standards.

Requirements

• Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and consistency in performance
• Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting up to 30 pounds, and repetitive cleaning motions
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to comply with site access, identification, and security requirements for federal facilities

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, floors, and entrances
• Empty trash, restock supplies, and maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas
• Clean glass, furniture, surfaces, stairwells, and elevators
• Assist with periodic deep cleaning such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and high dusting
• Follow safety procedures and report maintenance or supply issues
• Complete cleaning logs and service documentation as required
