About The Position

AHI Facility Services strives to provide cost-effective world class integrated facility services to commercial building owners and/or managers nationwide, while simultaneously providing their employees, tenants and visitors a clean environment in which to work, office and visit. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Working Janitorial Supervisor to lead a custodial team while actively participating in daily cleaning duties. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires strong leadership, effective problem-solving, and the ability to perform well under pressure.

Requirements

• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
• 18 years or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• MUST HAVE VAILD ID AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE (PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD ACCEPTED)
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
• Able to stand/walk for duration of shift
• Must wear steel toe or composite toe safety shoes (Not Provided by employer)
• Applicants must have valid driver's license.
• Applicants must have two valid forms of identification.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Preferred
• Previous Team Lead or Supervisor experience preferred
• 2-3 years cleaning services experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the scope of work.
• Participate in operations meetings
• Follow up on quality inspections
• Ensure compliance with client work order program.
• Ensure compliance to all AHI standards and procedures.
• Review supplies
• Manage equipment audit compliance
• Equipment inventory.
• Employee coaching
• Other Janitorial Duties as Needed
