About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The Janitor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of assigned areas. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, shampooing carpets, dusting, polishing, trash disposal, replacing light bulbs, and window cleaning.
- Clean and polish elevators daily, ensuring mirrors and surfaces remain spotless.
- Remove trash from premises and assist with emergency cleaning when required.
- Monitor cleaning and maintenance supply levels and inform Supervisor when replenishment is needed.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms including: Sweeping and mopping floors. Refilling dispensers (hand towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.). Cleaning and disinfecting toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and counters. Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste properly.
- Reporting any discrepancies, damages, or deficiencies to Supervisor.
