About The Position

Ensures clean and sanitary facilities, including offices, restrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, elevators, and parking lots, according to company safety procedures, guidelines, and federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This role also assists in facility support by setting up rooms for special events, performing minor maintenance and repair activities, collecting and transporting recyclables, and disassembling and cleaning drug dispensers. The Custodian III completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners. They also comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures clean and sanitary facilities according to company safety procedures and guidelines and federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Wears personal protective equipment, empties waste receptacles and recycle bins, dusts, sweeps, and wet mops, strips and waxes floors, cleans and sanitizes bathrooms and showers, vacuums and spot cleans carpets, and cleans electronic devices.
  • Assists in facility support by setting up rooms for special events, performing minor maintenance and repair activities, collecting and transporting recyclables, disassembling and cleaning drug dispensers, and reporting facility issues to management.
  • Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
  • Identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carries out tasks, communicates progress and information, determines and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities, and adapts to and learns from change, difficulties, and feedback.
  • Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
