SRM Concrete is hiring a Home Office Custodian to support our janitorial and facilities maintenance team at our modern five-story headquarters. Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards

- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting, standing, and repetitive tasks
Nice To Haves
- Experience in custodial work, janitorial services, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning (preferred but not required)
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of assigned floors and office spaces
- Maintain restrooms, lobbies, hallways, gym, café, and childcare areas to high sanitation standards
- Complete routine janitorial tasks including trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting
- Restock cleaning and restroom supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Identify and address facility cleaning needs proactively
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management
- Assist with special cleaning projects, event setup, and breakdown
- Collaborate with the custodial team to ensure consistent facility cleanliness and hygiene standards
