About The Position

Under the supervision of an assigned supervisor, the Custodian III: Utility performs routine custodial duties and assists with general maintenance activities at assigned District aquatic centers, District stadiums, and school sites or facilities. The position maintains buildings and adjacent grounds in a clean, orderly, and secure condition. The role is 40 hours per week and 12 months per year.

Requirements

• One year of experience performing building maintenance, grounds, or custodial duties, or an equivalent combination.
• Valid California Class C driver’s license.
• Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) or Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification may be required based on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine custodial duties at assigned District aquatic centers, stadiums, school sites, or facilities.
• Assist with general maintenance activities.
• Maintain buildings and adjacent grounds areas in a clean, orderly, and secure condition.
