About The Position

Requirements

• High school graduate/GED or equivalent combination of experience and training
• Ability to plan and supervise the work of others
• Basic computer skills
• Considerable janitorial and grounds maintenance experience
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment
• Ability to use cleaning methods, materials, and equipment economically and efficiently
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written directions
• Ability to get along well with others

Nice To Haves

• Experience as head custodian or other leadership role in a cleaning/housekeeping operation
• Experience as a semi-skilled handyman
