About The Position

Air Distribution Technologies is seeking a Custodian / Facilities Associate to join our ASC facility in Tarboro, North Carolina. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work environment throughout the facility, supporting production operations and employee safety. The position ensures that common areas, restrooms, and production spaces meet company cleanliness, sanitation, and operational standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, including safety guidelines and procedures
Ability to perform basic tasks involving counting, measuring, and material handling
Basic computer skills preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment
Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled hours, including overtime when needed

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or custodial environment
Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers or sweepers
Experience working in a team-based industrial setting

Responsibilities

Maintain break rooms, restrooms, and common areas in a clean, sanitary, and organized condition
Clean production floor areas, hallways, and workspaces using automated floor sweepers and manual methods as needed
Empty trash, scrap, and cardboard containers, and prepare materials for recycling using proper equipment
Restock supplies including paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and air fresheners
Support general housekeeping efforts across the facility to maintain safety and operational efficiency
Follow all safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns to leadership
Assist with additional facility support duties as assigned
