Sugarloaf Base Services Custodian and Maintenance Tech
About The Position
Sugarloaf Base Services is currently looking for a full-time, year-round custodian/maintenance technician to join our team. For this role, we are looking for a reliable team player with a knowledge of general carpentry, painting, and proper cleaning methods. The ideal candidate for this position would be timely, detail oriented, willing to learn, and have a positive attitude. This position is eligible for shift meals and many other great benefits. We have one full-time, year-round position and full-time seasonal spot available at this time, and will provide on-the-job training. Starting wage is anticipated to be $18-20/hour depending upon experience. Come join our team!
Requirements
- Self-starter
- Willing to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed
- Able to lift up to 40+ lbs in order to complete tasks
- Have own transportation
- Knowledge of general carpentry
- Knowledge of painting
- Knowledge of proper cleaning methods
Responsibilities
- All types of cleaning/janitorial duties in and around our resort's base lodge.
- Maintenance duties such as painting and general carpentry are required occasionally.
- Ability to work outside in all types of weather.
