Associa is seeking a Maintenance Custodian to support the daily appearance and upkeep of one of our beautiful communities, a premier residential community in West Palm Beach. In this highly visible role, you will help maintain the community's common areas, amenities, and exterior spaces to ensure residents and guests enjoy an exceptional living experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high standards of cleanliness and property care.

Requirements

3+ years of custodial, porter, groundskeeping, or general maintenance experience, preferably in a residential, condominium, hotel, or hospitality environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high community standards.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, vendors, team members, and management.
Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment operation, and property maintenance best practices.
Understanding of OSHA safety standards and safe work practices.
Ability to safely use ladders and perform work at heights up to approximately 24-28 feet.
Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

Performing routine cleaning and upkeep of common areas, amenity spaces, building entrances, hallways, and exterior grounds.
Maintaining the appearance of community facilities, including the clubhouse, fitness center, pool areas, and other shared spaces.
Cleaning windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, walkways, drains, and other building features.
Operating cleaning equipment and power-washing equipment safely and effectively.
Identifying maintenance concerns and reporting issues promptly to management.
Assisting with community beautification efforts and special cleaning projects as needed.
Supporting a professional, resident-focused environment through courteous and responsive service.
