About The Position
The Custodian and Grounds Maintenance team member keeps the client site in Marshall, North Carolina, clean and well-maintained indoors and outdoors. Indoor duties include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing floors, cleaning windows, sanitizing restrooms, and removing trash and cardboard. Outdoor duties include pulling weeds, picking up trash, trimming hedges and string, and mowing. The posting also mentions assisting with night-shift work. This is an on-site, part-time position scheduled Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, paying $17.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Able to perform physical cleaning tasks and move cardboard.
- Able to sweep, mop, and operate floor scrubbers.
- Able to safely use outdoor equipment, including a mower and trimmer.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
