About The Position

The Custodian and Grounds Maintenance team member helps keep a client site clean and well-maintained indoors and outdoors. Indoor duties include sweeping, mopping, floor scrubbing, window cleaning, restroom sanitation, and removing trash and cardboard. Outdoor duties include pulling weeds, picking up trash, trimming hedges and grass, and mowing. The role may also provide night-shift assistance.

This is a part-time, on-site position at a client site on US-25 in Marshall, North Carolina. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, at $17.00 per hour. Requirements

• Be reliable and have a strong work ethic.
• Have the physical ability to clean, move cardboard, and perform outdoor landscaping tasks.
• Be able to sweep, mop, and operate floor scrubbers.
• Be able to safely use outdoor equipment such as a mower and trimmer.
• Pay attention to detail.
• Have a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and scrub floors.
• Clean windows and sanitize restrooms.
• Remove trash and cardboard.
• Provide night-shift assistance as needed.
• Pull weeds and pick up outdoor trash.
• Trim hedges and grass using string-trimming equipment.
• Mow outdoor areas.
