Requirements
- Must be able to perform essential job functions.
- A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
- Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
Responsibilities
- Perform surface cleaning, remove trash, wash floors, clean fixtures, and complete other housekeeping duties
- Sweep steps and ramps, clean entrance areas, and remove snow and ice as needed
- Clean equipment surfaces, inspect cords and connections, and check for visible defects
- Assist with the pickup and delivery of laundry items throughout the facility
- Maintain housekeeping closets, label containers properly, and ensure infection control supplies are stocked
