Requirements

Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning, waxing, dusting, and polishing of floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures
- Clean restrooms and replace necessary supplies
- Shovel snow, sweep walkways, mow grass, and maintain lawn areas
- Dispose of paper and other building waste in the correct manner
- Perform small plumbing, electrical, and building repairs as needed
- Coordinate daily tasks with supervisors and coworkers while maintaining a courteous attitude toward the public
