Requirements
- Must be able to perform essential job functions
- A conditional offer of employment will require submission of criminal history reports.
Responsibilities
- Perform non specialized cleaning of lavatories, offices, garages, and meeting spaces
- Carry out tasks such as waste collection, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, washing windows, and floor care
- Operate small tools and equipment to mow grass, trim vegetation, and maintain planted areas
- Clear snow and ice from walkways, remove leaves, and address minor storm damage
- Replace light bulbs and complete simple repairs or report maintenance needs to supervisors
- Complete required forms and maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and packing slips
