Requirements

• Must be able to perform repetitive motions: reach, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, walk, climb stairs, and stand on hard surfaces.
• Must possess a valid federal or state-issued photo ID and pass a favorable National Crime Information Center (NCIC) screening for admittance to Fort Indiantown Gap.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions.
• A conditional offer of employment will require submission of criminal history reports.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, lobbies, hallways, restrooms, windows, and other interior spaces
• Mop, buff, sweep, and remove or apply wax using various custodial tools and equipment
• Empty wastebaskets, dispose of garbage, separate recyclable materials, and follow safe handling guidelines
• Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, cabinets, and equipment throughout assigned areas
• Shovel snow, sweep walkways, and maintain building entrances as directed
• Move furniture, deliver supplies, and mix cleaning chemicals according to label and safety data sheet instructions
