Requirements
- Experience utilizing commercial floor scrubbers and carpet shampoo machines
- Experience painting large walls and replacing ceiling tiles
- Experience lawn mowing, weed trimming, pruning shrubs, maintaining land scape, sweeping, and snow blowing-snow removal on sidewalks
- Experience washing windows, removing trash, and climbing ladders
- Able to perform essential job functions
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning duties throughout offices and common areas
- Use vacuums, scrubbers and other janitorial tools safely and correctly
- Operate mowing and trimming equipment and empty trash containers daily
- Monitor supply levels and keep needed materials stocked
- Report any safety hazards to the supervisor in a timely manner
