About The Position

We’re looking for friendly, compassionate, team players to join our housekeeping team! This role involves overseeing team members, ensuring cleaning duties are covered, performing daily inspections, managing supplies, and assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be at least 18 years old, communicate effectively in English, practice good personal hygiene, and possess a GED or high school diploma. Experience as a supervisor is preferred, along with housekeeping experience in relevant fields.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment
Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform
GED or high school diploma
Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required

Nice To Haves

Experience as a supervisor preferred
Housekeeping experience (cleaning, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, floor care technician, hotel operations, healthcare)

Responsibilities

Oversee team members and assign cleaning duties to ensure coverage of all areas
Perform daily inspections and maintain quality control programs
Manage supplies and ensure team members have the equipment necessary to complete job assignments
Assist with payroll and administrative duties as assigned
Assist with cleaning areas of the hospital as needed to ensure full coverage
Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices
Provide friendly and kind service to all individuals in the hospital
Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently
