About The Position

The Custodial Shift Leader is responsible for safely performing contract duties as assigned by management. Quality customer service is expected to be provided at all times. Knowledge and willingness to learn all aspects of the job is a requirement of the position.

Requirements

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in custodial or related services.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
Ability to work independently as needed to support the group effort.
Physically able to perform general tasks detailed in the assigned contract.
Able to interact appropriately with customers and team members.
Possess a valid driver’s license in the state they reside.
Have a satisfactory driving record.
Be insurable under corporate policy.
Able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings, as appropriate.
Able to pass drug testing.

Responsibilities

Safely perform contract duties as assigned by management.
Provide quality customer service at all times.
Learn all aspects of the job.
Bend, crouch, walk, climb stairs and ladders, reach above head, sit (to drive), and lift up to 40 pounds.
Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas, using snow shovels or snowplows.
Follow the Emergency Operations Work Assignment per customer requirements.
