About The Position

The Custodial Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating custodial operations to ensure all facilities remain clean, safe, and well maintained. This position oversees daily workflows, assigns tasks, and provides training and guidance to custodial staff. The supervisor monitors cleaning standards, enforces safety procedures, and promptly addresses sanitation or general maintenance needs. In partnership with Facility Operations leadership, the Custodial Supervisor manages cleaning supplies and equipment, supports operational goals, and fosters a positive and productive team environment. This role is essential in upholding SDDC's quality standards and ensuring clients, staff, and visitors experience a well-maintained environment.

  • Skill to communicate clearly with team members and management
  • Skill to use facility management software or digital tools for scheduling, work orders, and reporting

Responsibilities
