About The Position

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking an experienced Custodial Lead to support an educational customer in the Sycamore area of Northern Cincinnati. The role is on site and involves overseeing a team of experienced custodians, supporting general facility operations, and ensuring cleaning services meet a high standard. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with pay of $20–$23 per hour. Candidates should have commercial cleaning supervisory experience and reliable transportation. Applicants must be able to pass background checks and drug screening.

Requirements

• Commercial janitorial experience.
• Experience supervising a cleaning team in a commercial setting.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to develop an efficient cleaning program.
• Ability to self-manage and perform essential duties daily.
• Excellent time-management and communication skills.
• Commitment to completing work daily to support customer operations.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Work with site-based personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are performed.
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Dust and clean hard surfaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, including stairs, hallways, and common areas.
• Clean and vacuum carpets.
• Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and take trash to the dumpster.
• Wipe down doors and clean glass when applicable.
• Support laundry facility operations.
• Participate in periodic special facility team projects.
• Restock supplies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Oversee a team of experienced custodians and support daily facility operations.
