About The Position
We are looking for janitorial staff to provide cleaning services in commercial facilities in Newcastle County, Delaware. The goal is to keep buildings cleaned to specifications.
Requirements
- Proven working experience providing janitorial services
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- MUST be able to pass full background check

Responsibilities
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Trash removal
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Disinfecting common areas
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
