About The Position

The Budd Group is hiring a full-time Custodial / Janitorial Associate to keep a client facility safe, clean, and welcoming. The role is based fully onsite at Hwy 902, Bear Creek, NC 27207, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, totaling 40 hours per week. Pay is $15.45 per hour. The associate performs routine custodial work, including removing trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, breakrooms, and common work areas, disinfecting high-touch surfaces, dusting, stocking supplies, and reporting maintenance needs. The role requires staying active throughout the shift, and involves evening work and working independently. Requirements

Bring a positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
Have dependable transportation.
Pass a background check.
Be able to stay active, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs throughout the shift.
Be comfortable working independently during evening hours.

Nice To Haves

Previous janitorial, custodian, or commercial cleaner experience; motivated workers who take pride in their work may be trained.

Responsibilities

Complete daily custodial tasks, including trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Clean and sanitize high-traffic restrooms, breakrooms, and common work areas.
Perform high-touch surface disinfection and routine dusting.
Stock supplies and report maintenance needs to the supervisor.
Keep the client facility safe, clean, and welcoming.
