About The Position

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Custodial Caretaker to help maintain the appearance and daily operations of our BMW and Lexus dealership. As a Custodial Caretaker, you'll play an important role in ensuring our luxury dealership reflects the premium standards our customers expect. Your work helps create an exceptional experience for customers while supporting our sales and service teams.

Requirements

Previous custodial, janitorial, facilities, or maintenance experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors as needed.

Nice To Haves

Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness of showrooms, service areas, customer lounges, offices, restrooms, and common areas.
Clean floors, windows, furniture, and high-touch surfaces daily.
Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the dealership.
Maintain the exterior of the property, including sidewalks, entrances, parking lots, and landscaped areas.
Perform light maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, minor painting, and basic repairs.
Monitor building conditions and report maintenance or safety concerns.
Restock restroom and cleaning supplies.
Set up and clean up for dealership meetings and special events.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
