About The Position

The Goddard School in South Lebanon, Ohio, is seeking a motivated, self-starting Curriculum Coordinator to assist with the school’s daily operations and help ensure high standards of education and care. The role supports the Director with staff management, licensing compliance, and positive relationships with families and the community. The Curriculum Coordinator helps implement the school’s proprietary Wonder of Learning program, which uses play and curiosity to support children’s individual growth and encourage a lifelong love of learning. The program also develops skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, and social-emotional relationships. Requirements

Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience teaching in early childhood education.
Strong knowledge of child development, early learning best practices, team leadership, and classroom management.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
A genuine love for children and commitment to providing high-quality education.
Must pass required state background checks and meet state minimum education, experience, and credential requirements.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the school.
Support the recruitment, training, development, and supervision of staff.
Assist in implementing the proprietary Wonder of Learning program.
Build and maintain positive relationships with families.
Conduct regular safety drills and maintain emergency preparedness and licensing compliance.
