This position provides administrative, operational, and educational technology support to the Office of Curricular Affairs (OCA) for all Year 1 courses in the School of Medicine (SOM), the SOM Evaluation Program, and other assigned committees and subcommittees. The role supports the coordination and delivery of the Year 1 medical school curriculum, including team-based learning activities, peer instruction (PI) learning sessions, assessments, and educational program operations. Responsibilities include organizing and distributing syllabi and course materials; supporting curriculum delivery and assessment processes; providing technology support for learning management, assessment, and educational systems; troubleshooting software, hardware, and network-related issues; and serving as a key resource for students, faculty, and course directors. The position represents the School of Medicine in communications with internal and external constituents, coordinates meetings and travel arrangements, maintains calendars, prepares correspondence and reports, and manages the distribution of instructional materials.
