About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Curriculum Coordinator to join our management team at our St. Paul - Highland Park school. Salary: $51,700. As a Curriculum Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in training new teachers in the classroom, serving as a mentor to new or existing teachers, reviewing lesson plans, and replacing staff members in the classroom as needed. New Horizon Academy has been a leader in early care and education for over fifty years, fostering a culture of continuous improvement based on what's best for children and staff. Requirements

Minimum of an AA degree or working towards a BA degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Must meet teacher requirements as outlined by the MN Department of Licensing.
Be able to work a flexible, full-time schedule, Monday-Friday between the hours of 7am-6pm.
Have positive work ethic, and a team-centered attitude.
Be reliable and have positive work ethic.
Meets or exceeds state qualifications for the listed position.
Must meet position qualification requirements as outlined by the state department guidelines.
Can satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
Can provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
