About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Curriculum Coordinator to join our management team at our St. Paul - Highland Park school. Salary: $51,700. As a Curriculum Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in training new teachers in the classroom, serving as a mentor to new or existing teachers, reviewing lesson plans, and replacing staff members in the classroom as needed. Requirements

  • Minimum of an AA degree or working towards a BA degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Must meet teacher requirements as outlined by the MN Department of Licensing.
  • Be able to work a flexible, full-time schedule, Monday-Friday between the hours of 7am-6pm.
  • Have positive work ethic, and a team-centered attitude.
  • Be reliable and have positive work ethic.
  • Meets or exceeds state qualifications for the listed position.
  • Must meet position qualification requirements as outlined by the state department guidelines.
  • Can satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
  • Can provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
  • Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous childcare experience is preferred but not required.
  • Has previous experience in Early Childhood Education or related field of work.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in training new teachers in the classroom.
