About The Position

The Curbside Team Member, also referred to as a Digital Clerk, fulfills customers’ online curbside orders and creates a smooth, friendly pickup experience. The role involves shopping orders throughout the store, accurately scanning and verifying products, collecting payment at pickup, and staging orders according to food-safety and bagging standards. Team members provide courteous service, respond to customer needs, and help keep the curbside area clean and ready for pickups. Training is provided.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Minimum of 1 year of experience.
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
Process-driven, with the ability to follow procedures efficiently and consistently.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail experience preferred.
Past cashier experience preferred.
Past online ordering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Fulfill customers’ online orders quickly and accurately.
Provide service at the curbside pickup area, including accurate order fulfillment and payment collection during carside pickup.
Greet customers courteously in person and by phone, and respond to their questions and needs.
Maintain positive working relationships with customers, store team members, and leadership.
Resolve customer concerns promptly, partnering with leadership when needed.
Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
Select items throughout the store, scan and verify products, and bag items according to bagging standards.
Store and stage orders correctly while following food-safety guidelines.
Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
