About The Position

The Curam Developer works across the full lifecycle of requirements, functional design, development, and testing. The role involves developing with the Cúram Enterprise Framework and Cúram Solution Modules, identifying and resolving technical issues, and communicating technical concepts to technical personnel and non-IT business users. The developer also creates technical documentation and works with customers to respond to needs, identify options, and build productive relationships.

Requirements

• Cúram V6 Certified Developer certification.
• Four years of social enterprise management experience.
• Four years of experience as a Cúram Developer across requirements, functional design, and testing.
• Four years of experience developing with the Cúram Enterprise Framework and Cúram Solution Modules.
• Four years of experience identifying problems and applying technical skills to resolve issues.
• Four years of experience translating and communicating technical concepts to technical personnel and non-IT business users.
• Four years of experience creating technical documents using Microsoft Office products, including Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Cúram Enterprise Framework components, Cúram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), and Cúram Express Rules for Triage (CERT).
• Four years of experience using Oracle and Subversion.
• Four years of technical knowledge in Java, J2SE, J2EE, XML, and XSL for web application system analysis and programming.
• Four years of technical knowledge in Eclipse, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, and Web Services standards, including SOAP and WSDL.
• Ability to develop customer relationships and partnerships, respond to needs with urgency, and independently identify options.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex or detailed technical procedures.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Oracle database platforms and tools.
• Experience with JavaScript and IBM WebSphere.
• Experience with state government IT functions.
• Experience with the Cúram Child Care Module.
