This role is responsible for creating, coordinating, and executing culture programs, initiatives, and projects driven by Mars and Mars Veterinary Health (MVH) across BluePearl. The position leads efforts in building and sustaining a thriving, inclusive, and high-performing culture across the organization. It involves close collaboration with MVH program leaders, P&O, and BluePearl Senior Leaders in designing and delivering communications plans for program deployment, along with monitoring, tracking, and reporting. Key programs include the Essence of Mars, Mars Make the Difference (MTD) recognition program, Mars Associate Survey (MAS), Mars Champions program, the Five Principles, and BluePearl's recognition strategy. The role also involves developing and executing a comprehensive culture and engagement strategy, embedding signature culture programs, providing data-driven insights and recommendations, and developing tailored communications plans. The manager will create and compile educational materials, monitor project plans, define and measure ROI for deployed programs, and provide insights to MVH culture leaders. Participation in cross-business unit teams and staying updated on industry trends and best practices are also key aspects of this role. The position ensures all culture initiatives align with BluePearl, MVH, and Mars principles, values, and priorities, driving initiatives that strengthen the culture across all hospitals.
