About The Position

This role must be located within 50 miles of one of our hub locations: Tampa, FL; Vancouver, WA; Los Angeles, CA; Manhattan, NY. In this role, you will create, coordinate, and execute culture programs, initiatives, and projects driven by Mars and Mars Veterinary Health (MVH) across BluePearl. Travel up to 20% of the time. This position leads the efforts in building and sustaining a thriving, inclusive, and high performing culture across the organization. Collaborate closely with MVH program leaders, P&O, and BluePearl Senior Leaders in the design and delivery of communications plans for program deployment along with monitoring, tracking & reporting. Key programs led by the Manager include the Essence of Mars, Mars Make the Difference (MTD) recognition program, Mars Associate Survey (MAS), Mars Champions program, the Five Principles, BluePearl recognition strategy, and more. In partnership with Director, Talent & Development, develop and execute a comprehensive culture and engagement strategy aligned with company goals and values. Embed signature culture programs across BluePearl, using data to provide insights, coaching and recommendations for solutions to Senior leaders, Business Partners, and other stakeholders. Consult Corporate Affairs and P&O Business partners to develop and deploy communications plans that are tailored to the unique needs of the BluePearl audience. In partnership with MVH, create and compile informative and educational materials, job aids, webinars, e-learnings, audio visuals and workshops in support of signature programs. Facilitate content as needed. Monitor, track and update project plans and completion rates in partnership with the P&O team. Define and measure ROI for deployed programs. Provide input, feedback and BluePearl insights to MVH culture leaders and other business units to inform the development and maintenance of culture programs. Participate in cross-business unit and cross-functional teams in support of the maintenance and monitoring of cultural programs for BluePearl and MVH. Keep up to date on culture programs best practices and lessons learned from other business units to ensure effective program maintenance and deployment at BluePearl. Ensure all culture initiatives are aligned to BluePearl, MVH and Mars principles, values, and priorities. Drive initiatives and partnerships that strengthen MVH and BluePearl culture across all hospitals, ensuring consistency and local adoption. Design and partner with the Mars ecosystem on recognition programs that foster engagement, belonging, and well-being in diverse, multi-unit environments. Keep up to date on Associate engagement and recognition trends across the industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field required.
  • 5+ years’ relevant experience required.
