About The Position

Michels Corporation is seeking a Culture Manager to oversee the development and execution of its corporate culture initiatives. This role involves supervising the Culture team, maintaining communication with management and department leads, and managing branding projects with various departments like Facilities Management, Marketing, Corporate Security, and Information Technology. The Culture Manager will also oversee the Frontline Brand Keepers program, train office support staff, and ensure the integration of the Michels brand and company culture. Success in this role requires embodying the corporate culture, demonstrating professionalism and excellent customer service, and possessing strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field, and 7+ years related experience, or an equivalent combination.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must possess a valid driver's license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels Review Team.

Demonstrate professionalism and excellence in customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain organization while providing direction and leadership.

Responsibilities

Ongoing supervision, development, and oversight of employees on the Culture team.
Maintain open communication with management and department leads to ensure coordination of culture and event needs.
Attend and provide oversight of planned events.
Manage projects with Facilities Management, Marketing, Corporate Security, and Information Technology to assure branding initiative projects are completed and adhere to corporate brand standards, policies, and procedures.
Oversee the Frontline Brand Keepers program.
Train and orientate office support staff and Frontline Brand Keepers at office locations to ensure integration of the Michels brand, cross selling the company culture and Corporate Services Team (CST).
