This role will own the company's social media presence, including social channels, creator and talent relationships, and influencer programs across both organic and paid efforts. The role involves leading a small team focused on social media, content, talent, and creator partnerships. The ideal candidate can craft compelling narratives, understands cultural trends and their underlying drivers, and can execute strategies effectively. They should be adept at building genuine and strategic creator and talent relationships, distinguishing true influence from noise, and have a history of scaling social presences and creator programs with demonstrable cultural insights.
