About The Position

The Production Coordinator will support cultivation and inventory activities by coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate production records, and ensuring inventory transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner. This role reports to the Data and Inventory Supervisor. Take in charge the organisation of bulk cannabis product shipment: participating in the meetings to organise quantities to ship, prepare list of lots ready to ship (manifests), start the email chain for the weekly shipment. If needed, help palletising the product ready to be shipped. Create the production order in the inventory system for the post harvest team and reconcile it after their transformation process is completed. Reconcile the job card of the cultivation team (pre-harvest). Reconcile the vegetative, flower and mother plants plantations and perform the related transactions in the inventory system. Post the work orders related to the cultivation activities in the inventory system. Reconcile the raw material used in production and the quantity of plants on site monthly. Create the cultivar batches in the inventory system following the cloning activity. Including all of the above-mentioned tasks, the cultivation coordinator will know and follow all sanitation regulations, as well as, security regulations in all their performed tasks. They will strictly follow all the operational procedures they are assigned to as described by the SOPs. They will work efficiently and accurately to promote the quality of the product. They will be punctual, reliable, and will maintain a good work atmosphere with their colleagues. They will also remain flexible and available for the work hours, depending on demands of production.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Must have very strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other data entry systems.
  • Must speak French and English.

Nice To Haves

  • Post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Knowledge of an ERP is a plus.
  • Spanish is an asset.
