About The Position

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to provide on-site cultivation support for one or more medical cannabis gardens. Under the direction of the Cultivation Team Lead, the agent completes tasks that monitor and maintain plant production and health, maintains quality-control measures, and keeps the production area organized, clean, and efficient. Day-to-day plant care includes watering, pruning, and trimming. The agent must maintain plant production and quality-control measures in accordance with applicable Commonwealth requirements and Cresco Labs standards. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The listed pay range is $18 per hour. Requirements

Two years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing products for human consumption, or a satisfactory combination of experience and training that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties.
Effective time-management skills and the ability to multitask.
Ability to work in indoor and greenhouse climates with varying weather conditions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
Ability to work around plant material, with possible exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive hand actions for long periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to torso level.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must comply with all legal and company regulations for working in the industry.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States permanently without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Prune, top, and trim plants in accordance with Cresco Labs policy and complete other required plant-care tasks.
Move plants efficiently and in an orderly manner between areas of the cultivation facility.
Move Rockwool for plant transplanting.
Transplant smaller plants into larger pots.
Perform assigned duties to maintain a clean and safe cultivation facility, including safe waste disposal.
Clean cultivation equipment and tools, including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment.
Assist the Cultivation Manager in tracking plants from birth to harvest through accurate documentation of applicable activities.
Accurately document plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and other applicable information.
