About The Position

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to provide on-site cultivation support for one or more cannabis vegetative and propagation gardens. The role completes tasks assigned by the Cultivation Team Lead to monitor and maintain plant production and health from clone through the vegetative stage. Day-to-day plant care includes cloning, watering, pruning, transplanting, plant work, and applying pesticides and fungicides. The Cultivation Agent maintains quality control, organization, cleanliness, and efficiency in the production area in accordance with state regulations and Cresco Labs standards. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 6:20 a.m. to 2:50 p.m. The listed pay range is $19.25 per hour. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and comply with legal and company regulations for working in the industry. The company does not offer employment-based visa sponsorship; applicants must be permanently authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Requirements

Two years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption, or a satisfactory combination of experience and training demonstrating the ability to perform the duties.
Effective time-management skills and the ability to multitask.
Ability to perform job duties in indoor and greenhouse climates with varying weather conditions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive hand actions for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to torso level.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must comply with legal and company regulations for working in the industry.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
