About The Position

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to provide on-site cultivation support for one or more cannabis vegetative and propagation gardens. The role carries out tasks assigned by the Cultivation Team Lead to monitor and maintain plant production and health from clone through the vegetative stage. Day-to-day plant care includes cloning, watering, pruning, transplanting, plant work, and applying pesticides and fungicides. The agent maintains quality control, organization, cleanliness, and production-area efficiency in accordance with state regulations and Cresco Labs standards.

Requirements

Two years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption, or a satisfactory combination of experience and training that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties.
Effective time-management skills and ability to multitask.
Ability to perform job duties in indoor and greenhouse climates with varying weather conditions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive hand actions for long periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to torso level.
Ability to work around plant material, with possible exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
