About The Position

OneHope's Cultivate internship program is designed for students and recent graduates who have a desire to connect their valuable skills with mission-driven work, investing in their gifts and passions while serving the global Church. The program aims to support relational, professional, spiritual, and missional growth. It offers affordable, on-site housing located 15 minutes from the beach, and is a paid experience. OneHope prioritizes matching interns based on their skills, interests, and passions with current ministry needs across their teams, allowing for meaningful experiences where interns can grow and contribute to the mission of "God’s Word, Every Child."

Requirements

• Shared alignment with OneHope’s mission, vision, and values.
• Desire to grow and willingness to adapt to ministry needs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice To Haves

• Majors such as Business Administration, Communication, Computer Science, Data Science & Analytics, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Human Resources, International Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Psychology/Sociology, Software Development are preferred, but not required.
