About The Position
Aramark Nexus is building a pipeline of experienced culinary professionals for current and future opportunities at the Caprock Workforce Community, located outside of Pampa, Texas. We are seeking talented hospitality and food service professionals interested in opportunities as Cooks, Lead Cooks, Food Service Workers, Dishwashers, Prep Cooks, and other culinary team roles. Multiple positions are available, and additional hiring is expected as operations continue to grow. Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurants, hospitality, catering, healthcare dining, hotels, resorts, cafeterias, or commercial food service operations preferred
- Experience as a Cook, Lead Cook, Food Service Worker, Dishwasher, Prep Cook, Kitchen Helper, or similar role is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and guest service
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout scheduled shifts
- Willingness to relocate to and work at the Caprock Workforce Community outside of Pampa, Texas
Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving quality meals for residents and guests
- Following recipes, production schedules, and food safety standards
- Assisting with food preparation, cooking, and meal service
- Washing dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining clean, organized, and sanitary work areas
- Receiving, storing, and rotating food products
- Supporting breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special event meal service
- Delivering exceptional hospitality and customer service
- Working collaboratively with culinary and hospitality team members
- Following all health, safety, and sanitation requirements
